"Price"less Puppies Deposit Form

The purpose of this form is for you to be able to print it, fill it out, and send it to us with your deposit.  When we receive this form with your deposit, we will be able to reserve the special puppy of your choice.  Please do not print this form and send it to us, until you have spoken with us and confirmed that the specific puppy you are interested in is still available.

Please remember to be certain about your decision to purchase a puppy, for two reasons:

#1) this is a long term commitment and the happiness of the puppy is in your hands

#2)  the $100 required deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

We will hold the puppy for you until it is 7 weeks old if you plan to come here and pick up your puppy.  We will hold the puppy until 8-9 weeks if he/she is going to be shipped.  You must pay for the puppy in full prior to pick-up or 1 week prior to ship date (there are many things we must do to assure the puppies safety, and to meet all airline requirement).

We can not continue to hold the puppy and wait for you to make payments after the puppy reaches 9 weeks of age.  If the puppy is not paid for in full and arrangements made for the puppy to be picked up or shipped to you, the deposit and any other money sent to us is forfeited by you, and we will make efforts to sell the puppy to someone else.  (This is a very rare thing to happen, but I think it is important that we put these terms in writing to you before you send us any money)
