What we expect from you:
We want your experience with us to be easy and convenient, but also very precise.  We have tried to provide all needed information, but if you have any questions, please feel free to call (between 9am-9PM EST @ (865)936-3095) or email us(LPriceUT01@aol.com).
Step 1:  If you see a puppy you are interested in, please call us or e-mail us first to confirm that the pup is still available.
Step 2:  Send in your (non-refundable) $100 deposit to reserve the pup of your choice, until the pup is 7-8 weeks of age (we can not hold puppies until we receive your deposit). Please print our purchase form & sales agreement, fill it out, and send it by overnight or express mail services with your deposit (money order or cashiers check).
Step 3:  Make arrangements to pay for the pup in full.  Payment in full is expected at between 7-8 weeks of age, at the time of pick up or before being shipped.  Make arrangements to come here and pick up your bundle of joy, or have us make arrangements to have your puppy shipped to you.  There is an additional fee, which must be paid in advance, for shipping (please see shipping info).  Most puppies are ready here at about 6/7 weeks old, but must be at least 8 weeks old to be shipped.

At "Price"less Puppies we use Delta airlines, Pet First Program, to ship your new family member home to you.  We ship out of Knoxville's McGee Tyson Airport.  Currently the charge for this service is $375.00 to most locations in the continental USA.  This price gives you the air travel fee, an FAA approved travel kennel (yours to keep), and all required health certificates and veterinarian exams.  We send each puppy with
a blanket and a toy for their trip.  Food and water are always provided.  We hand deliver each puppy to the plane attendant; they are not left alone to wait.  Delta has specific travel requirements and restrictions, which are strictly enforced, and gladly adhered to by us,  to guarantee safety and comfort of your pet.  You may contact the Delta First Pet Information Line between the hours of 8 a.am. and midnight at 1-888-736-3738
