The purpose of this form is for you to be able to view it, print it, fill it out and send it to us with your deposit, so that we can reserve the puppy of choice for you.  You will also need a copy of the deposit form and health guarantee. 

The information on this form tells you as a customer, exactly what we offer to you as a reputable breeder, and what you can expect from us.  We also tell you what we expect from you as a new puppy owner.  We are very dedicated to our Doxies, and we want this to be enjoyable for everyone involved (especially the puppy).

"Price"less Puppies offers many things to our customers.  We try to set our goals and expectations higher than yours, so that you will not be disappointed in your decision to purchase a puppy from us.

We offer well socialized, healthy , happy, puppies, that have been raised in a clean comfortable home.  Our puppies have been handled, loved, and spoiled from day one of their little lives.  They are not raised outside in a pen.  They are birthed and raised in our home with us.  We make sure they are provided with the best medical care and provided with anything they need.  We give them their immunization shots and worming's on schedule.  We are very fussy about this; it is very important.  We feed mom and puppies (as soon as they are old enough) a very high quality puppy food, and will provide you with a sample of this food to get your puppy through the first few days. 

When you come to pick up your puppy you will receive a blanket, a toy, a food sample, and your puppies immunization records to get you started.

What we expect from you

I, the new owner, of the above described puppy, agree to all of the terms written and described to me in both the Health Guarantee and the Deposit Form.  I have read and signed both of these forms, along with this form, and agree to purchase the above described puppy from "Price"less Puppies.  I do understand that the sale is considered to be final and there are no refunds, as soon as I sign and send in these forms (filled out) to "Price"less Puppies.

I, the new owner, will provide this puppy with a good home, and never leave my puppy in an unsafe or dangerous place.  I will not take this puppy to an animal shelter.  I will contact "Price"less Puppies if I can not provide these things for my puppy.  No money will  be refunded to me, but we will work together to do what is best for the puppy.  I understand that my puppy may need future immunizations and veterinarian car for keep him healthy and safe.

I certify that this puppy is not for resale and will not be used for any unhealthy or experimental purposes.
