I give my child permission to participate in the Priceless Paradise Farm, Mobile Petting Zoo.  I understand that this involves live animals, and that although every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of each and every child, that any time live animals are involved, there may be some risk.  I will not hold anyone from Priceless Paradise Farm, or any participant of this event liable for any unforeseen accident that may occur.  By signing below, I am verifying that I am the adult who has legal authorization to speak for this child.  I understand that Priceless Paradise Farm will also not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstance that could occur with any person involved in this mobile petting zoo.  You may add signature pages as needed.
